World famous salt from Gerri de la Sal

The famous salt from the town named for its “white gold”, Gerri de la Sal, is remarkable in it’s taste. It is crisp, yet mild with sweet overtones. The salt is harvested by hand from the local salt flats in the same manner as it has been since the beginning of the ninth century. Each jar contains approximately 180 grams of salt. These can be bought in boxes of 6, 12, or 24.
